Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive scheduling assistance to the integrated project team.
  • Manage systems that encompass various aircraft components, from mechanical systems to communication technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and synchronize schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP), while also generating visual aids and reports for program schedule oversight.
  • Engage with engineers and suppliers globally to establish schedules that align with other aircraft domains and external entities, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in integrated scheduling or project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Operations or Project/Program Management.
  • Proficient in managing schedules or projects with standard project management software (e.g., OPP or MS Project) for over 3 years.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team in a complex work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Open Plan Professional and Milestones Professional.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with Boeing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in developing and integrating strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, peers, and leadership at all levels.
  • A Bachelor's degree with typically 6 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with typically 4 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
