Dexian - Signature Consultants is looking for a Project Management Specialist/Scheduler to support a dynamic team in the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive scheduling assistance to the integrated project team.
- Manage systems that encompass various aircraft components, from mechanical systems to communication technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and synchronize schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP), while also generating visual aids and reports for program schedule oversight.
- Engage with engineers and suppliers globally to establish schedules that align with other aircraft domains and external entities, including clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in integrated scheduling or project management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Operations or Project/Program Management.
- Proficient in managing schedules or projects with standard project management software (e.g., OPP or MS Project) for over 3 years.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team in a complex work environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Open Plan Professional and Milestones Professional.
- Prior experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with Boeing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in developing and integrating strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, peers, and leadership at all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree with typically 6 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with typically 4 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
