Position Title: Avionics Specialist
Location: Confidential
Contract Type: Full Time – 12 Months (Potential for Permanent Role)

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs within a designated operational area. Capable of assuming Production Supervisor duties during brief intervals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee that all assignments are completed promptly while adhering to federal regulations, customer standards, and organizational policies, ensuring all team members are effectively engaged in their tasks.
  • Oversee and rectify routine and non-routine labor hours to prevent exceeding estimated timeframes, ensuring job revisions are submitted timely.
  • Conduct regular and spontaneous team meetings to relay essential information to maintenance personnel.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training through task assignments and mentorship, providing learning opportunities and ensuring timely completion of training documentation as per ATS standards.
  • Offer consistent feedback and performance coaching to all crew members under supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an airframe certification in compliance with FAR 65 and have a minimum of 24 months of hands-on experience with the procedures, practices, inspection techniques, materials, tools, and equipment typically utilized in the relevant field.
  • Airframe license is mandatory.

Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience with 737/767/Airbus aircraft is preferred.
