Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Mechanical Engineering Specialist will undertake the following duties:
  • Conduct fundamental research and gather data to support engineering projects, producing necessary documentation such as parts lists and technical drawings.
  • Ensure that all design outputs adhere to the established quality protocols and meet customer requirements, alongside relevant certification standards.
  • Engage in professional development by collaborating with Senior Engineers and Project Managers to enhance engineering skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize computer-aided design tools to produce high-quality engineering outputs while maintaining safety and reliability in product designs.
  • Verify that all technical drawings and documents comply with the company's quality management system and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A four-year engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant technical experience in aerospace design or drafting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Skills Required:
  • Strong drawing management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Working Environment:
  • Primarily office-based work with regular use of computer systems.
  • Fluent communication in English is essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
