The Specialist will conduct classes both onsite and through virtual platforms, primarily during 1st and 2nd shifts. The course materials are pre-developed, relieving the Specialist from content creation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various teaching aids, including training manuals, demonstration models, multimedia presentations, and computer tutorials.
  • Implement effective learning strategies to enhance student retention and demonstrate competency in specific skills and behaviors.
  • Oversee the training environment to ensure the course content is delivered as intended.
  • Conduct training sessions focused on designated technical areas.
  • Administer learning assessments to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided.
