About the Role

SolarReviews is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market share and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Foster a high-performance culture of success and continuous improvement, driving the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in line with company objectives.
  3. Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to drive new business growth.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
  5. Utilize Data Analytics: Evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales processes using data analytics and performance metrics.
  6. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain a competitive edge in the market by staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  1. Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
  2. Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  3. Deep Understanding of Sales Methodologies: Deep understanding of sales methodologies and customer acquisition strategies, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong track record of driving results in a rapidly growing organization.
