Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Denver Downtown market
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our hotel remains competitive
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Denver Downtown market and ability to build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
