Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Market Director to lead our local or regional market efforts, driving business growth and team development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and outbound marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the local market or region.
- Manage marketing and event budgets, vendor relationships, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric experiences, driving quality traffic to our sales studios and fostering customer advocacy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in team sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and hold the studio accountable to KPIs.
