Assistant Front Desk Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Tuscany Suites & Casino is in search of an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead and manage the Front Desk team. The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office equipment. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to effectively address guest concerns are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating departmental meetings to relay objectives and expectations.
  • Developing employee schedules and evaluating staff performance.
  • Ensuring effective communication with other hotel departments and assisting in the recruitment and training of front desk personnel.
  • Introducing new policies and procedures aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency.
  • Addressing guest complaints and generating reports as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
