Compensation: $15 - $16/hr +BONUS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Proficient in using point of sale software and maintaining accurate patient accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Minimum of one year of prior sales experience
  • Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Educate patients about wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic and enjoyable environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
  • Organize patient flow within the clinic efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
  • The primary role of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership growth to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Re-engage with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and support collective goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and workspace.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
