Compensation: $15 - $16/hr +BONUS

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Proficient in point of sale software and maintaining accurate patient accounts
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and via computer
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Educate patients about wellness services and offerings
- Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care
- Collaborate effectively in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment
- Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills
- Organize patient flow within the clinic efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
- The primary goal of the Reception Coordinator is to secure memberships to achieve sales targets.
- Welcome members and patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
- Re-engage with inactive members.
- Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and support team objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
- Keep management informed of member concerns and adhere to company policies.
- Open to learning and personal growth.
- Accept constructive feedback positively and use it for improvement.
- Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
