Cherry Lash Lounge is on the lookout for a part-time Reception Specialist to provide exceptional service to our esteemed clientele in our upscale facilities. This role is pivotal as it represents the first point of contact for our guests, and we are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple phone lines efficiently
- Process payments and finalize appointments
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support the needs of our artists
- Complete daily operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to work at multiple locations
- Availability to work 18-20 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Experience with booking systems and point of sale systems is advantageous
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Basic data entry skills
- Willingness to perform cleaning and administrative tasks
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
