Administrative Assistant Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including clerical and organizational tasks
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Coordinate travel and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Prepare written communications, including reports and presentations
  • Support other employees' projects, providing assistance as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a business setting
  • Business-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
