About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Loan Officers and other departments, ensuring seamless and efficient borrower and loan experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Borrower Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including loan files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate loan processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, report preparation, and supply management.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with borrowers, Loan Officers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of customer service experience and one year of experience in an office environment, preferably with high call volume.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish required.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as mortgage loan origination software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
