Position Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Tucson, AZ

Contract Duration: 12 months

Overview: Deliver exceptional administrative assistance by conducting thorough research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general office tasks including supply ordering, maintaining document management systems, and performing fundamental bookkeeping activities.
  • Generate invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and various other documents.
  • Organize and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
  • Manage incoming correspondence by opening, sorting, and distributing faxes and emails.
  • Draft responses to inquiries contained in correspondence.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in maintaining organized and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is essential.
