Training Coordinator | HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Available Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri
Compensation:
Starting pay begins at $17.50. Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases. Eligible for monthly bonuses based on plant productivity.

Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator will oversee the management of all documents that require control. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining complete and up-to-date records for all audits (internal and external).
- Managing new hire training records and annual retraining/certification.
- Overseeing specific skills training and certification.
- Maintaining training records and logs.
- Notifying relevant parties of upcoming training and recertifications.
- Organizing controlled documentation records and history.
- Structuring and storing controlled documents electronically.
- Assigning new SOP, SWIS, and other procedure control numbers.
- Writing new SOP, SWIS, and other procedures with guidance from department leadership.
- Translating documents as necessary.
- Ensuring documents are organized and readily available for audits such as PEPS, BRC, and SMETA.
- Assisting in document and record retrieval during required audits.
Job Essentials:
Must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the Pactiv Evergreen Job Posting Policy. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential. Excellent organizational skills are required. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload is necessary. Flexibility in hours to accommodate training coordination is expected. Overtime may be required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
