Working Hours
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but may vary based on training requirements, including weekend, evening, or overnight sessions.

Role Overview
As a Training Specialist, you will deliver high-quality soft skills and technical training to team members, ensuring they possess comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and systems. Your role will involve enhancing communication skills, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive customer experience for our TMS clients and customer base. You will evaluate team member performance in relation to the training provided and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and assess internal training programs, including onboarding, systems, and product knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training courses for contact center operations that align with client project objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior training staff to explore innovative training delivery methods.
  • Evaluate team performance on the job, identifying training needs and communicating findings to management. Support the ongoing development of frontline management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience or equivalent training in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
  • No prior relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in delivering training within a Financial Services Contact Center is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional qualification, such as CIPD, is advantageous.
  • Experience in areas such as Credit Card Fraud, Dispute Resolution, Chargebacks, or Collections.
Desired Skills and Attributes
  • Knowledge and Skills - Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies to resolve routine issues.
  • Job Complexity - Engages with problems of limited scope, adhering to standard practices and procedures.
  • Supervision - Receives detailed instructions on all tasks.
  • Subject Matter Expertise - Proficient in a select number of products and technologies, with a solid understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
  • Training Delivery - Capable of clearly and confidently presenting content to the intended audience.
