- Conduct background research and lead generation on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales documentation, proposals, reports, contracts, and maintenance agreements for substantial scopes of work, detailing services, defined KPIs, and responsibilities of both the company and clients.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the market, providing insights and feedback on effective strategies and recommendations for growth acceleration.
- Represent the company professionally in public-facing roles.
- Monitor the performance of your partner portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, engage with key stakeholders, and execute collaborative initiatives to achieve results.
- Work alongside leadership, product, design, and engineering teams to gather insights, address challenges, and foster successful partnership outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, ecosystem development, or strategic partnership management, preferably in a web3 or crypto environment.
- Proven relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to successful launch.

- Expertise in developing market strategies and account planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and articulate ideas effectively to a diverse audience, including C-Level executives.
