Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Fraser. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide consultative support to business leaders in assigned areas on talent management, people-related best practices, employment law, and Fraser employee policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Analyze data to identify trends in performance and collaborate with leaders to evaluate the root cause. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Employee Relations: Provide consultation as needed to program leaders on employee relations issues and assist with assessment of performance improvement needs and the development of associated action plans.
  • Employment Law and Policy: Ensure compliance with employment and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employment law and Fraser policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with leaders to improve the overall employee experience, drive sustainable growth, and increase employee retention and engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: BA or BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, critical, strategic, and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management preferred.
Work Environment

This position is working hybrid remote, with a requirement to come to the office one day per week. Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5:00 pm.
