As a Customer Success Operations Specialist at iManage, You Will...

Become a vital member of one of our rapidly expanding teams, gaining insights from experts in cloud technologies while facilitating the operations of our Customer Success and Cloud Services divisions worldwide. Your role will involve coordinating resources and maintaining cloud client data, ensuring that our implementation timelines are met, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include...

  • Ensuring the accuracy of cloud-related customer data and contractual information within systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Cloud Operations, R&D, Pre-Sales, Sales, Legal, and Product Management to guarantee the successful delivery of components essential for iManage Cloud implementations.
  • Scheduling coordination with internal resources and partners to ensure timely cloud implementation delivery.
  • Creating and managing NPS templates, analyzing feedback and trends, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing support to partners and following up on inquiries via email on behalf of Customer Success Managers as needed.
  • Overseeing documentation for the Customer Success team, including materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Engaging in data analysis projects aimed at automating current processes, establishing effective reporting metrics, and aiding the team in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Delivering project status updates and analytical insights to both internal and external stakeholders as required.
