Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Nuclear, OEM, Channel

Are you a seasoned sales leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving growth and innovation in the high-tech filtration and separation industry? We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Pall Corporation's Energy+ Business Unit.

About the Role:
  • Lead a diverse team of sales professionals in the recruitment, retention, and development of direct sales talent and indirect Channel Partners in the US and Canada.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that uniquely differentiates Pall Corporation from competitors, providing a best-in-market experience for customers.
  • Provide strategic direction and coaching to direct sales teams and Channel Partners, outlining growth strategies and executing supporting tactics to sustainably grow and outpace the market.
  • Implement sales plans and regularly evaluate key performance indicators to deliver on growth expectations and proactively implement countermeasures as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales region through development and execution of strategic priorities and business plans.
  • Measure sales performance, including year-over-year new funnel creation, 4x funnel growth, orders, and sales growth, and activity logging.
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive account growth and improve orders metric attainment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales teams using Value Selling.
  • Maintain rigor in all Standard Work, including funnel and forecast management, with weekly reviews of sales funnels.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in selling capital equipment to OEM, Nuclear industries, and/or Channel Partners.
  • 3+ years' experience in people leadership and management.
  • Bachelor's in engineering, chemistry, or similar technical degree. Additional business degree(s) a plus.
