Job Title: Regional Sales Director West

The Regional Sales Director West is a key member of the Straumann sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the West region. This role requires a strong understanding of the orthodontic market, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share in the West region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including orthodontists, dental laboratories, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the orthodontic industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the orthodontic market and industry trends.

This is a full-time position, with frequent travel required to meet with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in the West region and have a strong understanding of the local market and customer base.
