About the Company: Our client is a global publicly traded heavy equipment manufacturer seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

  • Identify and assess sales opportunities in assigned accounts/territories
  • Prospect and develop new accounts
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and participate in relevant events
  • Conduct meetings with decision-makers and manage sales relationships
  • Recommend solutions, prepare equipment quotations, and negotiate prices
  • Achieve sales growth targets, manage budgets, and track activities in ACT software
  • Assist outside sales representatives, deliver presentations, and attend trade shows as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in heat transfer capital equipment sales required
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Preferred
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer equipment and knowledge of the regional market
  • Experienced in selling and pricing heat transfer equipment

What We Offer:

  • Total compensation can reach up to $120k base salary, plus $25k-65k+ in tiered sales commissions and generous benefits
  • Company vehicle and travels around 80-85 nights annually

About the Team: Our client is a solid company with a great reputation, offering a lucrative role that is challenging and requires technical sales skills without a proposal team. The training is very good and done on-site with technical people, so you will know your stuff.
