Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Account Manager to join our growing Operations Team at Townsquare Media. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to our sales department in both pre-sale and post-sale tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Management: Enter sales orders into our system and assist in following the life of an order up to launch, handling requests from sellers to modify orders as needed.
  • Market Group Collaboration: Communicate with assigned market groups to ensure all necessary information is included in order submissions prior to entry.
  • Campaign Organization: Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers, trafficking teams, and sellers to organize items needed for campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Occasionally produce reports and review them for issues related to pacing, delivery, and reconciliation.
  • Client Support: Act as a true extension to sales and operations by assisting with proposals, sales research, creative guidance, and more.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and/or process support for contracts, customer service, and order history.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create advertiser screenshot decks and generate campaign performance reports to assist in creating customized reports through resources and data.
Requirements
  • Experience: Past experience within the marketing/advertising field is welcomed, with strong organizational and time management skills preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, with a willingness to further develop relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly organized and focused multi-taskers with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a team-focused organization are required.
