Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably with a manufacturer or distributor.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage a network of regional distributors while executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude to effectively communicate the advantages of our products.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and technologies to operate efficiently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary goal will be to enhance the sales performance of Tolomatic products within your designated region. This role involves technical sales driven through distribution channels and direct engagement with OEMs, custom machine builders, and end users. You will be responsible for achieving profitable sales in alignment with our established objectives and policies.
