Job Title: Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in a fun and dynamic work environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead and maintain a team of sales representatives who will engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate sales associates.
  • Deliver one-on-one conversations with each sales associate on a weekly basis.
  • Develop sales associates for success in their position and future growth.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels in accordance with operating hours.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for necessary collateral.
  • Take over and train associates on how to handle objections and close sales.
  • Review Medallia Package Sales Surveys and respond to Customer Care Agents requests.
  • Report customer service issues to the VP, Retail Marketing / Regional Director of Marketing.
  • Meet or exceed budgetary responsibilities for lead generation and sales.
  • Accurately track and process payroll.
  • Complete and submit new hire onboarding paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.
  • Sales management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is helpful.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
