About the Role

  • Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments and the ability to navigate and adhere to organizational processes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence senior management and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to manage remote and in-office work arrangements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in one or more of our key industries is a significant advantage.
