About the Role
- Lead and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within various industries, including assisted living, logistics, education, and hospitality.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, showcasing their capabilities and benefits.
- Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with corporate environments and the ability to navigate and adhere to organizational processes.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence senior management and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to manage remote and in-office work arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in one or more of our key industries is a significant advantage.
