Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed individual, team, and hotel budgeted revenue goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and news to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at client and industry functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling to multiple market segments and verticals, including Group, BT, and Catering Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
