Position Overview: The Patient Care Advisor (PCA) plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional retail experience at Curio Wellness. This position emphasizes providing top-tier service to all guests, including those seeking medical cannabis, caregivers, and holistic health clients.

  • Welcome all visitors with a friendly demeanor and a warm smile.
  • Assist patients with their needs, whether checking in for services or guiding them through product selections.
  • Promote and manage the loyalty program, ensuring guests are informed about rewards and benefits.
  • Strive to exceed expectations, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Sales Excellence Contribution:

  • Become proficient in the point-of-sale system and follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate transactions.
  • Gain knowledge of product offerings and their health benefits to effectively educate customers.
  • Proactively suggest additional products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions and effectively communicate these to guests.
  • Engage fully in team sales initiatives to boost overall performance.

Compliance and Operational Integrity:

  • Adhere to compliance protocols to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Efficiently handle the preparation and processing of retail orders while assisting customers in the wellness boutique.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas to provide a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure communal spaces are hygienic and well-kept for all visitors.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors that align with departmental functions.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry and products is essential.
