As a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist, your day begins with reaching out to customers to check in and present our exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is a chance to foster relationships, deliver outstanding service, and assist customers in optimizing their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You will meticulously document all interactions in our client relations system, ensuring our technicians have the necessary information to exceed customer expectations. By the end of your shift, you will have not only met your performance goals but also earned commissions through ethical service that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional phone skills for making and receiving calls
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Proven experience in customer support or client service
  • History of exceeding performance metrics
  • Strong customer orientation and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred
