As a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist, your day begins with reaching out to clients, checking in on their needs, and presenting our exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is a chance to foster relationships, deliver outstanding service, and assist customers in optimizing their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You will maintain detailed records in our client relations system, ensuring our technicians have the necessary information to provide exceptional service. By the end of your shift, you will have not only met your performance targets but also earned commissions through ethical and customer-centric service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional phone communication skills for both inbound and outbound calls
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or client service roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations
  • Strong customer orientation with adaptability to various personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
