Job Overview

Position: Commercial Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will follow the cleaning task schedules provided by ServiceMaster TBS Division, which include, but are not limited to:
  • Removing trash and waste
  • Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
  • Dusting exposed surfaces, such as window sills, ledges, and moldings
  • Cleaning and polishing glass and mirrors
  • Sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products and procedures
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Conducting detailed cleaning on a weekly basis
  • Utilizing personal protective equipment as necessary
We provide on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Position Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must:
  • Arrive at the work location punctually
  • Work within the designated hours
  • Complete any special requests made by clients as documented in the company log
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Show respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients
  • Contribute positively to the work environment with a friendly demeanor
  • Wear the appropriate uniform at all times
  • Differentiate between various cleaning products and their uses
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Engage in constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
