A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to existing and potential customers via phone, following up on leads, and promoting our exclusive maintenance plans. You will earn commissions through ethical customer interactions, ensuring they receive top-notch service in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electric.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle both outbound and inbound calls effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A strong desire to help others
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or client services
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent phone communication skills and active listening
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities
