Work Schedule

This full-time position typically operates Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.


Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist

As a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist at Moon Air, your day will begin with reaching out to customers, checking in on their needs, and promoting our exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is a chance to foster relationships, deliver outstanding service, and assist customers in optimizing their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You will meticulously document all interactions in our client relations system, ensuring our technicians have the necessary information to exceed customer expectations. By the end of your shift, you will have not only achieved your performance goals but also earned commissions through ethical service that prioritizes customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong phone skills for making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a client service representative
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred
