As a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist, your day begins with reaching out to customers to check on their satisfaction and to present our exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is an opportunity to forge connections, deliver outstanding service, and assist customers in optimizing their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You will maintain detailed records in our client relations system, ensuring our technicians have the necessary information to exceed customer expectations. By the end of your shift, you will have not only met your objectives but also earned commissions through honest and ethical service that prioritizes the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional phone skills for making and receiving calls
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a client service representative
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance goals
  • Strong customer orientation and adaptability to various personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred
