Role Summary: As a Title Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in advocating and marketing closing and title insurance solutions to clientele in the East Tennessee region. Your main objective will be to forge and sustain robust connections with real estate agents, lenders, and other essential partners. Below are the primary responsibilities associated with this position:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Seek and engage new business prospects within the real estate sector.
    • Develop a vibrant pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a consistent influx of leads across various stages of the sales cycle.
    • Conduct sales presentations with prospective real estate professionals, lenders, and investment clients.
    • Assess client requirements and propose suitable products and services related to title insurance and closing operations.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets by fostering relationships, finalizing transactions, and enhancing repeat business through exceptional customer satisfaction.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Work collaboratively with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to inform them about the services/products available.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
    • Guide clients through the closing process, resolving any questions or concerns they may encounter.
    • Generate leads by participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to broaden your professional connections.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire an in-depth understanding of closing and title products and services.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
    • Facilitate training sessions to educate clients and boost sales.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
  4. Sales Strategy:
    • Design and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify target demographics and customize your approach accordingly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (including escrow officers, title agents, managers, and legal experts) to ensure the smooth processing of client transactions.
    • Enhance customer awareness of title insurance products and services.
    • Maintain precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Preferred prior experience in real estate sales, title insurance, or related fields.
  • Experience in a sales role, regardless of industry, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information effectively to clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and closing procedures.
  • Enthusiasm for generating leads and prospects.
  • A strong desire to secure business and contribute to the team's success.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission based on performance.
