Automotive Sales Consultant

Position Overview:

  • Demonstrate vehicle features through presentations and test drives.
  • Facilitate vehicle delivery to customers while providing essential information.
  • Establish income targets and strategies to meet them.
  • Remain knowledgeable about inventory, features, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Engage in training sessions and meetings to enhance professional skills.
  • Maintain systems for following up with prospects and existing owners.
  • Regularly evaluate performance to improve time management.
  • Stay informed about industry terminology and compliance regulations.
  • Introduce customers to the service department for quality vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor and communication abilities.
  • Capability to meet sales targets.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
