Role Summary: As a Title Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in advocating and marketing closing and title insurance solutions to clients in the East Tennessee region. Your main objective will be to establish and nurture robust relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other vital partners. Below are the essential responsibilities of the position:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business prospects within the real estate sector.
    • Develop a proactive pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of leads throughout the sales cycle.
    • Conduct engaging sales presentations with prospective real estate professionals, lenders, and investors.
    • Assess client requirements and propose suitable products and services related to title insurance and closing operations.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets by fostering relationships and closing transactions, while enhancing repeat business through exceptional customer service.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, and legal advisors to inform them about the services offered.
    • Deliver outstanding customer support and promptly address client inquiries.
    • Guide clients through the closing process, resolving any questions or concerns they may encounter.
    • Generate leads by participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to broaden your professional connections.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of closing and title insurance products and services.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
    • Facilitate training sessions to educate clients and enhance sales performance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
  4. Sales Strategy:
    • Design and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify target demographics and customize your approach accordingly.
    • Work in conjunction with internal teams (such as escrow officers, title agents, managers, and legal experts) to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
    • Raise awareness of title insurance products and services among potential customers.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction specifics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in real estate sales, title insurance, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a sales capacity, regardless of the industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple transactions concurrently.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and closing processes.
  • Enthusiasm for lead generation and prospect development.
