Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough case management for W2 program participants, aiding them in establishing and reaching their self-sufficiency objectives.
  • Oversee program adherence and participant progress through comprehensive reporting.
  • Encourage and assist participants in fulfilling program obligations.
  • Maintain precise and prompt data entry for effective program monitoring and reporting.
  • Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops to equip participants for the workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Associate degree and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively conduct group case management sessions.
  • Proficient in developing and utilizing resources that benefit W2 participants.
  • Flexible in adapting to changes in policies, reporting requirements, and program execution.
  • Able to inspire positive transformations in participants and motivate them towards achieving their goals.
