We are in search of a committed and results-driven Client Success Strategist to enhance our organization. In this pivotal role, your primary objective will be to stimulate revenue expansion and guarantee the prosperity of our esteemed clientele.

As a Client Success Strategist, you will oversee post-sales customer initiatives, with the goal of retaining and expanding our customer base while strengthening relationships with current clients. Your duties will encompass achieving financial objectives, broadening existing accounts, and aiding in the acquisition of new clients through customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients throughout the sales process
  • Concentrate on renewals, retention, and critical customer goals
  • Identify and assess potential sales opportunities
  • Enhance accounts through cross-selling strategies
  • Ensure robust feature adoption and customer loyalty
  • Deliver outstanding customer support
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Maintain precise records in the CRM platform
  • Formulate strategic growth initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing client portfolios
  • Background in key account management
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated success in achieving positive net churn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
