Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main case manager for the W2 initiative, aiding individuals in evaluating their needs and attaining self-sufficiency objectives.
Oversee program adherence through various reports. Encourage participants to fulfill necessary components for W2. Guarantee precise and prompt data entry into our systems for program monitoring and reporting. Conduct job readiness workshops.Qualifications:
An associate degree along with two or more years of pertinent work experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Must possess the capability to lead, facilitate, and implement a group case management model. Ability to develop and effectively utilize materials that promote the advancement of W2 participants. Must be adaptable to frequent changes in policy, reporting, and program delivery. Ability to motivate and inspire participants to enact positive changes.

Starting at a minimum of $23.56/hr, with additional compensation for direct experience exceeding the minimum requirements, such as $25.07/hr for five additional years of experience.
