Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough case management for W2 program participants, aiding them in establishing and accomplishing self-sufficiency objectives.
  • Oversee program adherence and participant progress through meticulous reporting.
  • Encourage and assist participants in fulfilling program obligations.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt data entry for program monitoring and reporting.
  • Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops to equip participants for the workforce.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an Associate degree with a minimum of two years of pertinent experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Proven capability to effectively conduct group case management sessions.
  • Expertise in developing and utilizing resources that support W2 participants.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifts in policy, reporting, and program execution.
  • Able to inspire constructive changes in participants and motivate them towards achievement.
