Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Be Well Kentucky. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in a broad spectrum of duties, including supporting the Executive Team, marketing, data analysis & compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Manager with administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Support the Director of Operations in matters of compliance monitoring and other duties
  • Lead and guide the reception team
  • Collaborate as a member of the administrative team and actively participate in activities intended to improve patient care/facility operations
  • Provide administrative/clerical support, including filing, scheduling, scanning, etc.
  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of special events, support social media efforts, and community outreach
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for information through understanding of policies and practices
  • Function as creative and forward-thinking support to all hiring managers for recruiting needs
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Post Team Member communications and staff newsletter
  • Maintain Human Resources information system records and compile reports from database
  • Participate in developing department goals and objectives
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and coordinate processes responding to employee complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR administration, or related field, and at least one year of work in a similar role
  • Or 5+ years of experience in a similar role in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and be 'tech savvy'
  • Effective interpersonal skills, relationship-building skills, and strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of basic human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, graphic design, and social media savvy
  • Proficiency in a Google environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and ability to work with confidential information
  • Collaborative work style and comfortable in a busy, deadline-driven environment
