Job SummaryHyperCare Management LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and experience with spreadsheet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance and other finance department employees.
  • Assist with spreadsheet management, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and document storage.
  • Serve as a backup administrator for various platforms and applications.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of college.
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Subject matter expert in Microsoft applications, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Concur experience.
  • Active notary commission for Kentucky or willingness to obtain one.
