Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the complete employment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to refine HR processes and address business requirements.
  • Lead initiatives for change management within the HR domain.
  • Manage benefits programs and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain stability in HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR management or as a Business Partner.
  • Proven track record of stability in previous roles, particularly in manufacturing, R&D, or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong capability in managing employee engagement and executing HR initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration and compliance with employment legislation.
