Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the complete employment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance evaluation.

- Lead initiatives for change management within the HR domain.
- Manage benefits programs and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

- Strong capability in managing employee engagement and executing HR initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and compliance with employment legislation.
