Salary:
This is a 100% commission-only position with potential earnings of $50,000+ in the first year for part-time agents and $100,000+ for full-time agents. Agency owners can generate system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
