Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team at observIQ. As a key contributor to our company's success, you will drive growth by achieving sales goals in your assigned territory.

This role requires a proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement, with a minimum of 5 years experience selling to the mid-market or Fortune 500. You should have a solid understanding of observability, monitoring, data management, or related sales experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns
  2. Identifying net new prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular partner meetings, events, partner registrations, and personal prospecting
  3. Understanding the observIQ Unified Telemetry Pipeline capabilities, benefits, outcomes, and industry context to best position our service and navigate an intelligent sales campaign
Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also have a solid level of technology, spreadsheet, and CRM utilization, as well as a devotion to continual personal sales development, customer service, and follow-up.
