Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our efforts in the Material Handling industry. As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in sales enablement, account management, and pain point identification will be crucial in positioning our products as the solution for customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Material Handling industry and its key players. You will also need to be able to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Industry Expert: Experience and deep understanding of the Material Handling industry.
- Expert Communicator: Ability to customize your message and approach based on audience and engage with all levels through your customers organization.
- Supportive Mentor: Experience supporting and investing in team members who are earlier on in their careers.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Location: This role can be based anywhere in the world, with flexible remote work options available.
