- Average earnings of $17+ per hour, including tips

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive demeanor.
- Ensure cleanliness of the entrance, hostess stand, and restrooms.
- Oversee the reservations system, ensuring accurate seating and wait times.
- Accompany guests to their assigned tables while engaging in pleasant conversation.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Punctually arrive for scheduled shifts, prepared to work.
- Adhere to the dress code, including appropriate attire and grooming standards.
- Offer alternative reservation times when the desired slot is unavailable.
- Accurately calculate and communicate wait times to guests.
- Encourage guests to enjoy the bar area for drinks and appetizers during extended waits.
- Keep all areas, including floors and aisles, clean and free of clutter.
- Assist with bussing tables during busy periods.
- Guide guests needing assistance around the restaurant.
- Express gratitude to departing guests and warmly welcome new arrivals.
- Be knowledgeable about restaurant details to address guest inquiries effectively.
- Handle phone calls and guest requests efficiently, ensuring proper communication with management.
- Stay informed about daily specials, entertainment, and featured beverages.
Qualifications:
- Possess a fun, energetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.
