Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and current records of all guest accounts to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared and available for incoming guests.
  • Guest Reception: Greet, register, and facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests, including issuing room keys and processing payment information.
  • Booking Management: Oversee room reservations through various channels, responding to guest requests and providing information on amenities, rates, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a hospitality role, particularly in front desk operations.
