Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Technical Program Manager to advocate for warehouse operations in system architecture, user acceptance testing, and training for SAP ERP, particularly focusing on EWM. This role is essential to ensure that the digital team aligns seamlessly with warehouse operations.

This position serves as a vital link between the warehouse team and the Kuiper systems implementation group, driving enhancements and improvements to minimize inefficiencies and alleviate challenges faced by our warehouse personnel.

We seek a proactive and self-sufficient builder who is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role involves a hands-on approach, encompassing strategic planning, business requirements definition, and system testing/training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of SAP EWM to provide ongoing support to warehouse staff.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations within SAP, alongside designing new functionalities and conducting user acceptance testing for implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the systems team to refine the ERP system, representing warehouse users to ensure alignment in priorities and features.
- Enhance efficiency and quality through process-oriented strategies, improvement initiatives, and root cause analysis.
- Manage both new and existing programs, successfully achieving challenging project goals across various organizations.
- Engage directly with external vendors, clients, and partner teams to develop and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner with fellow technical program managers to secure resources, define project scopes, establish priorities, and drive timely delivery.
- Oversee program communications, facilitating progress by making prompt decisions, addressing obstacles, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Influence the design and development of strategic processes.

Export Control Requirement
In compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), or individuals lawfully admitted to the U.S. as refugees or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 7+ years of direct experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Proven track record in managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Experience in owning program strategy, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience with SAP/EWM/S4 Hana.
- 3+ years of experience in product or program management within an SAP/ERP warehouse context.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
